It's the process of removing trees, brush, and vegetation from an area so it's clean, open, and ready for what's next: a home site, a building pad, a driveway, a food plot, pasture, or a fresh start on a neglected corner of your property.

This is where lot clearing differs from our brush clearing and forestry mulching work. Those services are selective. They thin the undergrowth and keep the healthy, valuable trees you want to protect. Lot clearing is the opposite. It's a full clean-out that takes the ground down to bare, workable dirt.

We're a land management company, not a tree service, so our focus is reclaiming and reshaping ground with high-grade equipment rather than trimming and pruning tree by tree. When very large trees need to be dealt with in certain high risk scenarios, we will gladly work with trusted local experts to ensure it gets done right.

 

Stumps are handled the way your project calls for. We can grind them below grade, bury them on site, or pull them out entirely, depending on your plans and what makes the most sense for the land.
